I am an economist with the World Bank's Poverty and Equity Team in East Asia and the Pacific.

Before joining the World Bank, I worked for the United Nations Development Programme and the Inter-American Development Bank. I hold a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota and a M.Sc. in Economics from University College London.
